We held our first painting classes at Waldo's Secret Garden “on March 6th, 2024. This three-part plein air painting series was taught by award-winning plein air artist, Katherine Larson. Participants brought their own painting gear (in any medium) and received a 1/2 hour demonstration with professional tips and basic painting guidelines by Katherine. Then the participants were invited to work independently in the medium of their choice in the beautiful setting of Waldo’s Secret Garden. Katherine gave personal instruction and coaching throughout the following two hours. Each Wednesday, a new plein air concept was introduced. All levels of expertise were welcome. Cost: $50 per session; Isola Arts members $30 per session.
