Art on the Farm

April 13th-14th • 10am to 3pm

LaPorte Farms • 7700 129th Street, Sebastian

The “1st Annual Art on the Farm” took place at LaPorte Farms on April 13th and 14th. All through the day, visitors to the farm were invited to paint on a mural called "A Florida Farm" that will be auctioned off at a later date to benefit LaPorte Farms. Children were also invited to participate in a rock painting activity and to draw animals with a seasoned art teacher. The end of the weekend, our lucky gallery show winners were presented with cash prizes and ribbons for their entries. Best in show went to Jett for his painting called "The Fish of Destiny." All proceeds benefit the LaPorte Farms programs. From their children’s activities to their love for animals, and providing entertainment throughout the year, LaPorte Farms is a true treasure of the Treasure Coast.
